Limitation of Liability |
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall USANeighbors.com,
Inc., its subsidiaries or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect incidental,
special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to
use, CSNeighbors.com materials, products or services, or third party materials,
products or services made available through CSNeighbors.com even if CSNeighbors.com

Business Directory Advertising |
To use certain features of the business directory, you must provide CSNeighbors.com
with information on the form provided. You agree to provide true, accurate and current
information about yourself, your business, description, promotions and video streaming
material. You agree to maintain and promptly update the information you provide
to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If CSNeighbors.com, in our opinion,
has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not
current, incomplete and/or offensive, we have the right to suspend or terminate
your business directory account with no refund available for the remaining time
on your advertising package. Our use of any identifying information you provide
to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy
Policy.
Your payment for the business directory advertising will not be processed through
PayPal until CSneighbors.com approves your listing.
You will be notified by email 2 weeks prior to the expiration of your business directory
listing to renew without the expense of new set up fees associated with your present
advertising package. If your business directory listing expires and your wish to
renew after the expiration date, you will be charged for the lapsed time plus the
additional month’s fee.
Should you renew your business directory listing at a higher level, the higher level
set up fees will be applied.
